I found this recipe again last Saturday morning and it is just as delicious as I remembered. These Healthy Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins are simple, hearty and not overly sweet. Using old-fashioned oats in these muffins gives them a hearty texture. While the applesauce and brown sugar give them just the right amount of flavor and keeps them moist.
