Ingredients
Nachos:
2-4cupstortilla chips
1cupshredded BBQ chicken
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Cheese Sauce:
1tablespoonunsalted butter
1tablespoonflour
½cup1% milk
Pinchof salt and pepper
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cheese Sauce:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes or until it begins to bubble around the edges.
Gradually whisk in the milk and allow the sauce to simmer until thickened. Stir in the salt and pepper. Add the cheese and stir until completely melted and use immediately.
Nachos:
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add a layer of half of the chips, chicken, cheese, and top with half of the cheese sauce.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Bake until cheese is melted and chips are hot about 10 minutes.
