Ingredients
2-3medium applespeeled and sliced
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/8teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonflour
1tablespoonbutter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, stir together the apples, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Roll out pie crust and place on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a spilpat liner.
Place the apple mixture in the middle of the crust and fold over the edges of the crust so that it covers 1 to 2 inches of the apple mixture. Top with pieces of the butter.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the filling is golden and the apples are soft. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
